Nature of Services

Klapio provides corporate gifting solutions in India, including:

• Customized corporate gift hampers
• Employee onboarding kits
• Bulk corporate gifting & branded merchandise

All services are B2B-oriented and subject to quotation and confirmation.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are acting on behalf of a business/organization (for bulk orders).

Orders, Quotations & Acceptance

• All orders are processed based on written confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or official invoice.
• Quotes are valid for a limited period, typically 7–15 days unless otherwise specified.
• Klapio reserves the right to accept or reject orders based on inventory or logistical constraints.

Pricing, Taxes & GST

Prices are quoted exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be charged as per Indian tax laws, and a GST invoice will be issued for all confirmed orders. Prices may vary based on customization complexity, quantity, logistics, and raw material costs.

Customization & Approvals

All customized products (logo, artwork, branding) require client approval before production. Once approved, Klapio is not liable for errors in design or content. Please note that minor color variations may occur due to printing processes or material differences.

Payment Terms

Advance payment (full or partial) may be required before production begins. The balance payment must be cleared before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments may result in shipping delays or order cancellation.

Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines provided are indicative and not guaranteed. Klapio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, logistics third-parties, natural events, or force majeure. Risk transfers to the client upon dispatch from our facility.

Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Issues related to damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Valid claims will be resolved via replacement or credit note at Klapio’s discretion. Order cancellations are not permitted after production begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logos, images, text, and designs) is the property of Klapio and protected under applicable Indian and international laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Klapio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of business, profit, or reputation. Our total liability is strictly limited to the order value paid by the client.

Compliance with Indian Laws

These terms are governed by the following acts:

• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Information Technology Act, 2000

Jurisdiction: Courts of Gurgaon/Delhi NCR, India.

Force Majeure

Klapio shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Modifications

Klapio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
